1. Lead Packages
Our lead packages are one-time, non-recurring packages. They provide access to a specific number of property enquiries generated through our digital advertising campaigns. These leads are not guaranteed buyers and are provided for your sales team to follow up with.
2. Delivery & Exclusivity
Leads are delivered digitally to your registered WhatsApp contact. We do not represent these leads as exclusive. Some enquiries may be shared with multiple participating real-estate professionals. Conversion of leads into actual sales is entirely dependent on your follow-up and the buyer's requirements.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment for lead packages is processed securely through our payment gateway. Once a package is activated, no refunds or cancellations are permitted. This is to ensure the integrity of our digital advertising campaigns and the lead generation process.
4. Data Privacy
Information submitted through our advertising campaigns may be shared with participating real-estate professionals for the purpose of responding to the enquiry. We do not guarantee site visits, bookings, transactions, or returns. All data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
