Full Refund on Cancellation
If you cancel your lead package within 4 hours of the payment confirmation, we will issue a full refund of the package amount. This policy allows you to reassess your requirements without any financial commitment.
Partial Refund for Late Cancellation
After the 48-hour window, we may offer a partial refund based on the remaining lead balance in your package. This ensures you receive value for the leads you have already generated through our digital campaigns.
Lead Delivery & Exclusivity
Lead packages are not represented as exclusive unless a specific package is expressly identified as exclusive in writing. Some enquiries may be shared with multiple participating real-estate professionals. Refunds are not applicable for leads shared as per our standard B2B lead generation model.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact our sales team via WhatsApp. We will review your request and process the refund within 5–7 business days. All refunds are processed directly to the original payment method used for the lead package purchase.
